The Beyond way of delivering group training is a little different to other gyms, with the ultimate goal being that you feel a part of our community whilst getting the results you want. Our trainers are masters at creating group classes to cater for any ability or fitness level. This means everyone can operate at their own level without the dreaded feeling of holding others up.
We are big believers in quality over quantity and that’s why we have a max of 12 people per class with up to 7 classes throughout the day. This is so we can provide extra attention to your needs with an emphasis on technique, accountability and results. We utilise a variety of training styles including TRX (suspension training), strength training, high intensity training (HITT), boxing, yoga, Pilates and functional fitness.
Many of our members choose us because we’re small and able to cater for their individual ability. Whether they are starting from scratch, returning from an injury or just need a change of environment. Join us for a change or a challenge and meet new people along the way. From unlimited classes , to corporate or just a few classes per week we’ve got memberships for all.
We provide all the equipment you need for a safe and effective workout. Just bring a drink bottle, a towel and some comfortable sports clothing. Please do not forget your medication as required.
We have an online booking system for each class which you can cancel an hour before the class. It is not ideal missing a session as our classes have limited spaces and will result in someone else possibly missing out. But we do realise life gets in the way on the odd occasion, therefore we take every case as it comes.
Yes, we have a shower, toilets and changing facilities.

Yes you can! Our sessions are designed so that you exercise at your pace and will never be out in a situation where you feel you are holding the group up. We have a variety of fitness levels and we cater for injuries so that you can keep your fitness up.

We're a friendly community gym with members of varying fitness levels and ages but there are no egos and everyone drives each other on. We're a gym for good sorts.
