At Beyond we don’t force you into any long contracts that you can’t get out of but we also know that if you’re coming to gym you want to know it’s the right fit for you before you commit to joining.
You want to know that the classes suit you, that the coaches will push you ( gently or hard ) and that the gym will be a place you’ll look forward to going to rather than doing your best to avoid. We want to see you reach your goals and over the two weeks, you can come as much or as little as you like and we’ll give you an introduction to what Beyond is all about as well as getting an understanding of what you want to achieve and help you work towards those goals.
We’ve got a great community spirit at Beyond that we think is quite unique to us. All our members are different, have different goals and all have different levels of fitness but everyone is welcoming, friendly and unique.

You’ll be able to use the gym space while we’re open even when there are no classes on and our team are always on hand to answer any questions and to give you a sense of what we’re like.

We provide all the equipment you need for a safe and effective workout. Just bring a drink bottle, a towel and some comfortable sports clothing. Please do not forget your medication as required.
We have an online booking system for each class which you can cancel an hour before the class. It is not ideal missing a session as our classes have limited spaces and will result in someone else possibly missing out. But we do realise life gets in the way on the odd occasion, therefore we take every case as it comes.
Yes, we have a shower, toilets and changing facilities.

Yes you can! Our sessions are designed so that you exercise at your pace and will never be out in a situation where you feel you are holding the group up. We have a variety of fitness levels and we cater for injuries so that you can keep your fitness up.
